Production and Sales system in View of a Global Market
We are getting into open order of carrying out direct international business. Under the hard situation of highly evaluated Japanese Yen against other currencies, we have been keeping up our sales amount in export business not less than 10 percent out of our total sales. The direct export business is specially centered upon Oceanian and South-East Asian countries. It is expected our export business will be increased to a great extent upon further development of our direct international business from the present stage of exporting our products into 30 countries through direct and indirect exportation.

The Rational Operating System Dividing Domestic Market into Three Areas
With regard to domestic market, our operation is divided into two areas on the basis of Japanese electrical frequency systems: the one for 50Hz area in eastern part of Japan and the other for 60Hz in western part of Japan. This is because of the fact that the required spare parts are partly different from each other and that the marketing products are somewhat different depending upon each area. That is why our marketing system has been built up more rationally. Our Sales Department No.1 covering eastern part of Japan holds a big market of metropolitan area, the Sales Department No.2 covering western part of Japan,and No.3 covering southern part of Japan which possesses higher rate of marketability of our products in relation to aqua-culture. It is, however, quite the same attitude in whole areas in that the pride that our sales people have in dealing in Sakuragawa products and the technical skill in high quality that they have in this field.
