The consistent attendance of system, maintaining the high quality of the products The consistent attendance to research and examination before installation of a product and maintenance service conducted by the same person is the reason why our products operate at a consistently high level. That is because our sales people are engineers with high technical skills. They will meet the customer's request in detail promptly, giving the proper advice, check and earning high confidence.

	Research, Consultation, Examination Looking over the conditions of site, we examine the setting place, and the pump's size, and make a precise proposal. Furthermore, we try to do suitable attendance in accordance with the site; such as to determine the model of the pump through full consultation with clients and advise them of the introduction of new technology, etc.
	Examination of specifications Examining the conditions of use from all angles: such as examination result of site; the capacity of drainage, height, depth of water and the number of pumps,etc., we obtain the proper specifications. At this stage,it is decided whether ready-made products can be used or new desighn has to be made. We then go forward to the next examination stage, such as price and power of the motor, etc.
	Designing,Manufacturing for trial In case a new model is found to be required at the time of examining the specifications, the sales people, the design staff and the engineer of the site have enough meeting to start designing the new model. After examining the finished plan and manufacturing for trial,it goes through every sort of test to production.
	Production and Quality Control The product shall be produced in conformity with the design. In our factory, with all the automated modern convenience, the workers with high skill level are on the production process for the purpose of excellent production, the quality control from production process to the final test after completion, not to mention every piece of parts is strictly done
	Delivery and Installation The product finished on delivery time shall be delivered from the factory to the site where the client is waiting, excluding some finished products. For the item requiring the installation technique, our engineers visit the site personally and assist the client from installation to commissioning.
	Maintenance We periodically do maintenance services for not only damaged pumps but also for pumps with poor performance and bad condition not to mention for the pumping equipment operating in good shape. Prompt supply of spare parts and complete after-sales-services earn us high confidence from our clients.
